What is the mattress surface indentation
Warranty?
This may be the single most important thing to look for. Not all memory foam is the same quality although it may be the same density. A quality memory foam mattress should have an indention warranty of no greater than ¾ inch within ten years, and be covered for Full replacement if this should occur. This will tell you how long you can expect your memory foam bed to last, as well as the quality.

Return and Sleep Trial Costs
Ours is simple. If your are not Satisfied with your new memory foam mattress at within the 90 night trial, call for an RA# and we will have it picked up. You are ONLY responsible for Return Shipping. No Original shipping costs will be deducted! Also note, if a company is charging a RESTOCKING FEE, question what they do with returned mattresses. At Natural Form, when a memory foam mattress is returned, it is shredded, bailed and sent to a foam recycling center, not a landfill or sent to another customer!
