Warranty Info
You have 10 days from receipt of mattress to activate
your warranty by calling customer service at 1-800-432-3842
WCW, Inc. the manufacturer, guarantees that we will,
at our option, replace or repair your Sleep System if it is
defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects,
subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This limited warranty does not include a normal increase
in softness of the foam material or a decrease in the slow
recovery if Visco Memory Foam is used, which does not affect
the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
This warranty covers:
Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation
greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch that is not
associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or
platform; and any physical flaw in the mattress that causes
the foam topper to split or crack, despite normal usage and
proper handling.
During the first ten (10) years of this warranty, we will not
charge you to repair or replace your mattress if it is deemed
defective, but any transportation costs associated with repairs
or replacements are your responsibility. You will be
asked to provide, via email or mail, pictures to help
us determine the cause of the defect.
During years 11 through 20 of this warranty we will, at our
option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace
the mattress at a prorated charge to you plus transportation
costs. If we replace the mattress, the prorated replacement
charge you pay will depend on when the mattress is replaced.
If the mattress is replaced during the eleventh year
of this warranty, the prorated replacement charge you pay will
be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price.
If the mattress is replaced after the eleventh year but before
this warranty expires, the prorated charge you pay will increase
by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated
period (i.e., 55% of the original purchase price if replaced
during year twelve; 60% of the original purchase price if replaced
during year thirteen, etc.)
Our mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid surface,
non-spring foundation or adjustable bed base. This warranty
and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted
on "sets" that consist of our mattresses and foundations
like these.
Therefore, if you use inappropriate foundations or box springs
with this mattress, such use will void this warranty and all
other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
Please Note:
Leggett & Platt adjustable frames are
not returnable, are warranted by Leggett & Platt, not
WCW, Inc. and do not void the mattress warranty. Please call
1-800-888-3078 to Leggett & Platt to activate your warranty
for your adjustable frame
We may require you to provide proof of the quality
of the foundation for your mattress if you make a claim under
this warranty.
If your mattress, foundation, or cover is physically
abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases
the product from our distributors. If you are not the
original purchaser of this product, you take it "as is" and "with
all faults."
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
The merchandise that you have ordered is promised
for delivery to you on or before 21 days unless other arrangements
have been made in advance, with the exception of orders for
adjustable frames which may add a week to the delivery.
If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered
by the promised delivery date, WCW, Inc. must offer you the
choice of (1) canceling your order (2) accepting delivery
at a specific later date.
Toppers are warranted for 5 years.
Pillows are warranted for 3 years.
Mattress covers carry a 3 year full warranty.
Covers on toppers and pillows are warranted for 2 years. |
