Washing Hand Washing Machine Washing Drying Brushing Dry Cleaning
  • Hand or machine washable
  • Hot water may damage the wool.
  • Use a mild liquid detergent
  • Cold or warm water
  • (max 105 degrees F)
  • Do not use: soap, washing powders, or fabric softener
  • Avoid products with enzymes, bleach, or which are alkaline
  • Hand squeeze as much water from the wool as possible
  • We recommend Lanolin Wool Wash
  • Use the "Wool Wash" cycle on your washer
  • Wash in warm water (max 105 degrees F)
  • Use liquid detergent suitable for washers
  • Avoid products with enzymes, bleach, or which are alkaline
  • Tumble Dry on "cool" or "warm" setting
  • Using the "hot" setting may cause damage.
  • The wool may be hung outside
  • Avoid hanging the wool out to dry in direct sunlight
  • Do not iron or bleach the wool
  • Brushing may help restore shape
  • Brush wool while wet and again while dry
  • A wire pet brush or comb is suitable
  • We also suggest that a vacuum be run over the wool monthly
  • Wool can be professionally dry cleaned
  • Use either white spirits or perchloroethylene

20 Year Warranty for Self-Adjusting Technology

Natural Form guarantees that we will, at our discretion, either replace or repair purchaser's Natural Form mattress if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty covers deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1" in the visco foam and greater than .75" in HR foam that is not associated with a sag in the foundation or adjustable bed base.

What is not covered?

  • Conditions arising from normal wear (Conditions arising from normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to, mattress cover compression or discoloration of component(s)
  • Damage from misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component
  • Damage from laundering or dry cleaning
  • Acts of God, such as, but not limited to lightening damage

First 12 months

During the first year of this warranty, Natural Form will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser’s mattress or any of its components if it is deemed defective by Natural Form. Any/all transportation costs associated with any repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of Natural Form.

Year 2 through 10

During the first ten (10) years of this warranty, Natural Form will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser's mattress or any of its components if it is deemed defective by Natural Form, but any/all transportation costs associated with any repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Year 11 through 20 - Prorated Coverage

During years 11 through 20 of this warranty Natural Form will, at its option, replace or repair the mattress or any of its components at a prorated charge to the purchaser plus transportation costs. If Natural Form replaces the mattress or any of the components the prorated replacement charge will be 50% of the current MSRP.

You may be asked to perform some basic troubleshooting techniques in order to assist Customer Service in determining your warranty claim.

Natural Form Sleep Systems are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or adjustable bed base. This warranty and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted on "sets" that consist of our mattresses and foundations. THEREFORE, IF PURCHASER USES INAPPROPRIATE FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, OR ADJUSTABLE BED BASES WITH THIS MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Natural Form may require purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the foundation for the mattress if purchaser makes a claim under this warranty. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has created the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets in Federal Register 16 CFR Part 1633. The foundation used with purchaser's mattress, unless specified for use as the particular foundation for the mattress purchased, should not be construed as 16 CFR Part 1633 compliant. Leggett & Platt adjustable frames are not returnable and are covered under warranty by Leggett and Platt, not Natural Form and do not void the mattress warranty. Please call Leggett and Platt at1-800-888-3078 to register you warranty or if you have any questions about your adjustable base.

Limitations:

  • The purchaser shall maintain responsibility for installation of parts replaced under the terms of this warranty.
  • If the mattress, foundation, or cover is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from Natural Form or an authorized retailer of Natural Form. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, he/she takes it "as is" and "with all faults." If the purchase of this mattress was not directly from Natural Form proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that purchaser is the original purchaser and eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty.
  • In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser may be required to surrender the original product to Natural Form at the time of replacement.
  • All foam toppers purchased separately will be covered under warranty for 5 years.
  • All foam toppers purchased as a mattress component will be covered under warranty for 7 years .
  • Covers will be covered under warranty for 3 years.
  • Pumps will be covered under warranty from the original date of purchase as follows:
  • Digital Ultra Pump - 3 years from date of purchase
  • Digital Deluxe Pump - 2 years from date of purchase
  • Zone Air Pump - 1 year form date of purchase

Defective or Damaged Components

Any component that is defective at time of arrival or is found to be defective within the trial period (90 days) will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Natural Form.

Any component or mattress that is delivered to a customer with visible damaged should be refused by the customer with details clearly noted on the bill of lading and customer service should be contacted immediately at 1-800-432-3842. If the customer accepts a component, mattress or foundation and finds damage after delivery, the customer must notify the delivering terminal and customer service within 5 days after delivery.

Mattress Exchange and Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Natural Form Sleep System, but if you decide to return your mattress within the 90 Night In-Home Trial, call Customer Service at 1-800-432-3842 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise being returned must be securely packaged in a box and received in good condition with the RA # clearly written on all boxes returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Natural Form. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed are the customer's responsibility.

Natural Form reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise returned.

A Natural Form Customer Service representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.

Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from The Cumulus to the Stratus Sleep System will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Natural Form.

Exchanges between toppers and covers will be processed as component exchanges. You will be responsible for any price difference if applicable as well as shipping charges of the product to you.

We are sorry there are no returns on custom sizes, toppers, cushions, covers, pillows, sheets, metal frames or adjustable frames.

10 Year Limited Warranty Foam Mattresses
