20 Years Warranty - Natural Form

Natural Form Sleep Systems and Memory Foam Mattesses

 

Natural Form guarantees that we will, at our discretion, either replace or repair purchaser's Natural Form mattress if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty covers deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1” in the visco foam and greater than.75” in HR foam that is not associated with a sag in the foundation or adjustable bed base.

What is not covered?

First 12 months
During the first year of this warranty, Natural Form will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser’s mattress or any of its components if it is deemed defective by Natural Form.   Any/all transportation costs associated with any repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of Natural Form.

Year 2 through 10
During the first ten (10) years of this warranty, Natural Form will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser's mattress or any of its components if it is deemed defective by Natural Form, but any/all transportation costs associated with any repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Year 11 through 20 — Prorated Coverage
During years 11 through 20 of this warranty Natural Form will, at its option, replace or repair the mattress or any of its components at a prorated charge to the purchaser plus transportation costs.  If Natural Form replaces the mattress or any of the components the prorated replacement charge will be 50% of the current MSRP.

You may be asked to perform some basic troubleshooting techniques in order to assist Customer Service in determining your warranty claim.

Natural Form Sleep Systems are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or adjustable bed base. This warranty and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted on “sets” that consist of our mattresses and foundations. THEREFORE, IF PURCHASER USES INAPPROPRIATE FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, OR ADJUSTABLE BED BASES WITH THIS MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Natural Form may require purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the foundation for the mattress if purchaser makes a claim under this warranty. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has created the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets in Federal Register 16 CFR Part 1633. The foundation used with purchaser's mattress, unless specified for use as the particular foundation for the mattress purchased, should not be construed as 16 CFR Part 1633 compliant. Leggett & Platt adjustable frames are not returnable and are covered under warranty by Leggett and Platt, not Natural Form and do not void the mattress warranty. Please call Leggett and Platt at1-800-888-3078 to register you warranty or if you have any questions about your adjustable base.

Limitations:

Defective or Damaged Components

Any component that is defective at time of arrival or is found to be defective within the trial period (90 days) will be replaced at no cost to you.  The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Natural Form.

Any component or mattress that is delivered to a customer with visible damaged should be refused by the customer with details clearly noted on the bill of lading and customer service should be contacted immediately at 1-800-432-3842. If the customer accepts a component, mattress or foundation and finds damage after delivery, the customer must notify the delivering terminal and customer service within 5 days after delivery.

Mattress Exchange and Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Natural Form Sleep System, but if you decide to return your mattress within the 90 Night In-Home Trial, call Customer Service at 1-800-432-3842 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.   All merchandise being returned must be securely packaged in a box and received in good condition with the RA # clearly written on all boxes returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Natural Form. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed are the customer's responsibility.

Natural Form reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise returned.

A Natural Form Customer Service representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.

Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from a Natural Form Sleep System to an Equinox Sleep System will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Natural Form.

Exchanges between toppers and covers will be processed as component exchanges. You will be responsible for any price difference if applicable as well as shipping charges of the product to you.

We are sorry there are no returns on custom sizes, toppers, cushions, covers, pillows, sheets, metal frames or adjustable frames.
